  Entering Miss Green's Magical Emporium is like entering the storage room of a great mage. A hard to describe mixture of old paper, incense, herbs, and strange perfumes waft through the room, the air hazy with the weight of the scents. Stacks of mysterious looking tomes, scrolls, and rune covered stones can be seen, the bookshelves stuffed so full that the books spill in messy piles onto the floor. Odd bits of metal, glimmering with an otherworldly magical shimmer, drape from the ceiling, chiming against each other anytime the air is disturbed. In one corner of the shop alchemical apparatus are nearly constantly in use, some odd fluid simmering over a magical flame, the shelf beside it well stocked with exotic elixirs. Interesting magical items can be seen strewn about in the mess that is Miss Green's Magical Emporium, some on display, and others nearly hidden from view by the avalanche of books, or placed beneath the counter to be better regulated by the ewe. A sign hanging on one of the counters states:

  Charm of Cooling 10
  A small leather charm, with the faint form of a snowflake showing upon both sides. When worn, the charm provides a cooling effect in a thin layer around the wearer, making the air there fifteen degrees cooler than the ambient temperature. Effect fades after one month, leaving the charm inert. 1 Silver
  
  Charm of Mosquito Repulsion 3
  A small metal charm, with a small red drop of blood painted on both sides. When worn, the charm provides the wearer with a protective ward which encourages mosquitos to stay away. Effect fades after one month, leaving the charm inert. 1 silver 5 copper

  Cloak of the Manta Ray 2
  This cloak appears to be made of leather until the wearer enters salt water. At that time the cloak of the manta ray adheres to the individual, and he appears nearly identical to a manta ray (as the polymorph spell, except that it allows only manta ray form). He gains a minor armor bonus, the ability to breathe underwater, and a swim speed of 25MPH, like a real manta ray.
  
  Although the cloak does not enable the wearer to bite opponents as a manta ray does, it does have a tail spine that can be used to strike at opponents behind the wearer. The wearer can release his arms from the cloak without sacrificing underwater movement if so desired. 5 Gold
  
  
  Transportation:
  
  Broom of Flying 4
  This broom is able to fly through the air as if affected by an overland flight spell (average maneuverability) for up to 9 hours per day (split up as its owner desires). The broom can carry 200 pounds and fly at a speed of 10 MPH, or up to 400 pounds at a speed of 6 MPH. In addition, the broom can travel alone to any destination named by the owner as long as they have a good idea of the location and layout of that destination. It comes to its owner from as far away as 300 yards when they speak the command word. The broom of flying has a speed of 10 MPH when it has no rider. 7 Gold
  
  Carpet of Flying 2 small
  This rug is able to fly through the air as if affected by an overland flight spell of unlimited duration. The size, carrying capacity, and speed of the different carpets of flying are shown on the table below. Beautifully and intricately made, each carpet has its own command word to activate it—if the device is within voice range, the command word activates it, whether the speaker is on the rug or not. The carpet is then controlled by spoken directions. Some have noted that the carpets have a personality, though many believe this to be just fancy.

  This appears to be a common cloth sack about 2 feet by 4 feet in size. The bag of holding opens into a nondimensional space: Its inside is larger than its outside dimensions. Regardless of what is put into the bag, it weighs a fixed amount. This weight, and the limits in weight and volume of the bag’s contents, depend on the bag’s type, as shown on the table below.
  
  If the bag is overloaded, or if sharp objects pierce it (from inside or outside), the bag ruptures and is ruined. All contents are lost forever. If a bag of holding is turned inside out, its contents spill out, unharmed, but the bag must be put right before it can be used again. If living creatures are placed within the bag, they can survive for up to 10 minutes, after which time they suffocate.

  Bottomless Feedbag 3
  Otherwise normal in appearance, the most remarkable aspect of this feed bag may be noted once it is taken from the nose of a mount. The weight of the food within never seems to change. It may be emptied manually, and the food within replaced with something else, with the same effects noted after a feeding. The food requires replacing, if not done beforehand, after twenty eight days, and the enchantment wears off and requires renewing after twenty eight days as well. Renewals cost five silver. 3 gold
  
  Efficient Quiver 2
  This appears to be a typical arrow container capable of holding about twenty arrows. It has three distinct portions, each with a nondimensional space allowing it to store far more than would normally be possible. The first and smallest one can contain up to sixty objects of the same general size and shape as an arrow. The second slightly longer compartment holds up to eighteen objects of the same general size and shape as a javelin. The third and longest portion of the case contains as many as six objects of the same general size and shape as a bow (spears, staffs, or the like). Once the owner has filled it, the quiver can produce any item she wishes, as if from a regular quiver or scabbard. The efficient quiver weighs the same no matter what’s placed inside it. 5 Gold

  Pebble of Preserving 4
  This item appears to be a small golden pebble, and will keep approximately twenty five cubic feet of food preserved, for a total of six months before requiring renewal. It must be placed in the center of the area, and will keep all non-meat products fresh. Renewals cost three silver. 1 gold 5 silver
  
  Portable Writing Desk 1
  This item appears to be a rolled tube of closely fitted bamboo slats, capped at both ends with glazed clay, with a leather strap wrapped around it for ease of carrying. When the caps are removed and the tube unrolled the slats will lock together to form a smooth writing surface which will hover at the desired height of the user, and may be repositioned as desired by hand. It will also support fifty pounds of weight, so the user may lean upon it while it is in use. One cap is shaped like a still pond and will hold ink within it, unspilling even when tipped over. The other clay cap is shaped like an octopus and will hold up to four writing implements. When need for a desk is at an end, one end of the desk may be grasped and the whole of it rerolled. Twelve sheets of paper, parchment, or vellum may be stored in the rolled up desk as well. 1 platinum 2 gold
  
  Razor of Bluntness 3
  This appears to be an ordinary straight razor, remarkable only in its bluntness. Attempts to sharpen the razor always fail. When attempting to shave with the razor, however, it provides a perfect shave without water or soap of any kind, and never nicks, cuts, or even abraids the skin of the one being shaved. Unfortunately, ten percent of the time the razor also provides the user with an unfortunate effect. For twelve hours after use, if a 1 is rolled on a 1d10, the user will suffer from extreme bluntness, and be as direct as possible when dealing with other beings, unable to prevaricate with their words. 6 gold

  If smeared on a floor or on steps, the area should be treated as a long-lasting grease spell. The salve requires 2 hours to wear off normally, or it can be wiped off with an alcohol solution (even wine). 2 Silver
  
  Seed of Understanding 2
  What appears to be an intricately crafted peach pit made of the finest silver, this magical item, when held in one’s hand, allows the bearer to understand spoken or written languages previously unknown to them, though functions only on one language at a time. It is most aptly used when held between the palms of two people, so they might communicate in their own languages and still be understood. 8 gold
  
  Sustaining Spoon 2
  This unremarkable eating utensil is typically fashioned from horn. If the spoon is placed in an empty container the vessel fills with a thick, pasty gruel. Although this substance has a flavor similar to that of warm, wet cardboard, it is highly nourishing and contains everything necessary to sustain any herbivorous, omnivorous, or carnivorous creature. The spoon can produce sufficient gruel each day to feed up to four humans. 5 Silver

• Sensual Delights

  The more indelicate of these items secreted away under the counter, the rest can be seen settled innocently upon shelves, any lewd labels turned so they are not easy to read.
  
  Helping Hands Massage Oil 7
  The oil within seems rather mundane to the casual shopper. It shimmers ever so faintly, the clear liquid holding the faintest of green tints. When applied to the skin, each stroke of the hand feels multiplied, so that by the end of a sensual massage, one feels as if many are working over their body. The 'helping hands' do not repeat any violent motion, however, such as the slap of a hand. If any gets into the mouth, one would feel hands massaging the tongue, and should more than a taste enter the stomach, the queazy feeling of hands massaging your inner organs may be felt.   A candle which holds an oddly changeable swirl of black, purple, and blue within its wax, what one may assume are spots of glittering metal actually shining bits of light swirling through the wax. This candle, when burned, projects the infinite beauty of the night sky in a dome fitting the room it has been placed into, not exceeding a forty foot radius.   A brilliant blue candle which glows with a warm yellow light, reminiscent of the sun during the warmest months of the year. This candle, when burned, projects the joyful and energizing summer sky in a dome fitting the room it has been placed into, not exceeding a forty foot radius.   Snowy Day Candle 2
  A candle which appears more like an icicle than a creation of wax, the object seems to radiate a faint chill. This candle, when burned, projects a scene of cloudy gray sky raining down snow in a dome fitting the room it has been placed into, not exceeding a forty foot radius. The floor within the illusion is covered with drifts of snow, and while neither of the snow illusions actually feel like anything but perhaps faint cobwebs, when interacted with the drifts send up flurries in a pretty display. The candle also chills the area of effect to a nice fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Each candle has four uses, no matter how long it is burned for each use. 8 Silver
  
  Meadow Twilight Candle 2
  A candle which seems to fade together purple, yellow, and pink hues reminiscent of a sunset. This candle, when burned, projects a scene of the twilight at the end of sunset in a dome fitting the room it has been placed into, not exceeding a forty foot radius. The floor within the illusion is covered with meadow grasses and flowers that occasionally ripple in an unfelt breeze. While they feel no more real than a drift of cobwebs, the plantlife does react slightly to those interacting with it, and if laid upon will not appear to grow through the being's body.   Seaside Serenity Candle 3
  A candle in various shades of pastel pink, blue, orange, and purple, with shifting hints of green and sandy white. This candle, when burned, projects a scene of a peaceful sunrise at the beach, with water lapping at one side of the room gently, in a dome fitting the room it has been placed into, not exceeding a forty foot radius. The floor within the illusion is covered in white sand, with hints of shells and beach grasses tucked in the dunes, and the sound of waves striking against the beach can be heard gently within the area of effect. The sand does not quite feel or behave as real sand would, but will move slightly underfoot. Each candle has four uses. 5 Silver
  
  Lakeside Evening Sachet 5
  A rather nondescript looking sachet of what appears to be herbs and little baubles wrapped in a thin white cloth. When placed within water, the sachet produces a scent and auditory illusion reminiscent of a lake at evening time. The sound of crickets is prominent, with a background of chirping frogs, as well as the gentle tones of water lapping at the shoreline. Single use. 15 copper

  A rather nondescript looking sachet of what appears to be herbs and little baubles wrapped in a thin white cloth. When placed within water, the sachet produces a scent and auditory illusion reminiscent of a flower meadow at twilight.
